The Heavy Metal Palette is a 5-color assortment of alcohol-activated metallic pigments. After applying, this self-setting formula dries to a waterproof and sweatproof finish.
Due to the chunky and dense nature of metallic pigments, it is especially necessary to saturate these alcohol-activated colors with 99% isopropyl alcohol for optimum opacity and superb blending capacity. Allow alcohol to soak into the colors for up to two minutes and work the colors into a creamy lather. Remove colors with 99% alcohol.
