Apply on their own or with water. Because they are a loose glitter they do not have any sticking agent. It is suggested to mix with Mix with LiquiSet or Glitter Glue for longer wear. If applying on their own it is highly suggested to seal with a setting spray such as Final Seal or LiquiSet.
